Shipping

Beeji ships Australia Wide and Internationally. 

We use Australia Post and ship regular and express post options. 

Australia: Beeji has free standard postage for all Australian orders. Postage is added at a flat rate. If chosen, Express Shipping is calculated at checkout. 

International: Shipping is calculated at checkout and varies by region. 

For all orders, you will be sent a confirmation email with your postage tracking number once your payment has been processed and your order has been filled. 

All orders will then be dispatched within 3-5 working days. This excludes public holidays and any specified dates such as collection launches or sale periods. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days (Australia) or 18 days (International) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@beeji.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns and Exchanges

If you do have a change of mind or wish to exchange with another item please notify us at orders@beeji.com.au within 10 days of receiving your order and we will provide details of next steps.

We will gladly accept your return or exchange provided the item is unused and unwashed. Beeji reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not in its original condition or a request has been made outside the 10 day period. 

Return postage will be at the expense of the customer. Once Beeji has received your return item(s) we will issue either a refund, exchange or credit note pending the outcome of the assessment. 

If you believe your item is faulty please email us at orders@beeji.com.au before returning your item.

Beeji Pre-Order terms and conditions

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but can be purchased in advance. Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page but are subject to change due to manufacturing or supplier delays.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all pre-order items to secure your order.

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available. If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.

Mixed Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock Items): If you purchase a pre-order item along with an in-stock item in the same order, your order will be shipped when the pre-order item is available. If you would like the in-stock items to ship separately, please place a separate order.

Pre-orders are final and non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfill the order. In the event of significant delays, you may request a cancellation and refund.

Once an order is placed, changes (such as address modifications) must be requested as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.

Beeji Sample Sale - September 2025 terms and conditions

All sample sale items are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.

Sample hats have been UPF treated but not UPF tested.

Sample hats do not include labels; care and washing instructions are available on our website.

Each sample hat may vary slightly from the original production design. We have described them as accurately as possible, but small differences are to be expected.

By purchasing a sample sale item, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
