Sometimes we have new products that are available as a Pre-Order. If you have included a Pre-order item in your order, we will send the items in stock first and then your Pre-Order item will be shipped when it arrives.
How long is the wait for your Pre-order items to be shipped?
When you are adding a Pre-order item to your cart, it will have a message that indicates how long until the item is being dispatched.
Please note, our stocks are directly received from our supplier and occasionally for pre-ordered items there are manufacturing delays, stock exhaustion or release date push backs that are out of our control.
We will always try our best to communicate these delays and find the fastest way to get those good feels to you as soon as possible.
